AI Sprint Manager is a Jira app from Bazz Techtronics built to help teams reduce duplicate or highly similar work, surface AI-backed recommendations, and apply actions with less sprint-planning overhead.

This launch documentation is intentionally lightweight. It covers the core workflows, setup expectations, and support paths while the frontend continues to mature.

AI Sprint Manager is designed for backlog grooming and active sprint planning. It focuses on noisy planning workflows where similar issues, repeated triage, and manual cleanup slow teams down.

Installation and access

Install AI Sprint Manager from the Atlassian Marketplace once the listing is published.
Open the app from Jira where it is made available through the configured app entry points.
Ensure your Jira site and user permissions allow the app to access the Jira data needed for supported workflows.

AI processing overview

Some app features may use third-party AI and processing infrastructure to analyze sprint context, identify similar work, and generate recommendations. Customers may also have the option to connect their own AI provider where supported.

Public docs intentionally stay at a high level. More detailed technical and reviewer-facing data-flow notes are maintained separately.

Troubleshooting

If a view does not load correctly, refresh Jira and try again.
If expected recommendations do not appear, confirm the relevant project, sprint, and issue data are available to the app.
If an AI-dependent feature is unavailable, check whether your site configuration or optional provider settings are complete.
If a problem persists, contact support with reproduction steps and screenshots.
